I had a lovely stay at the Auction House this week. I specially requested a spicy margarita and despite it not being on the menu bar staff Caitlin made me an phenomenal drink, I don’t think anything will be able to top it! Highly recommend I will be returning asap!

We stayed at the auction house a couple weeks back and the staff were fantastic! They did everything they could so we were comfortable at the venue, from the state of the room which was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The drink selection at the bar was superb as they had multiple draught choices and bottled options, the cocktails my girlfriend had were lovely. We were shown how to operate the out of hours access to the rooms which was explained into great detail and made it easy for us to find our way back into the room. Overall a very lovely hotel and bar life was really good on the weekend! I would highly recommend staying or even popping in for a cocktail to experience the place we also placed a bid on some of the art around the bar and on the walls.

Both food, drinks and the rooms upstairs were faultless. Really lovely staff, the young girl who looked to be in charge (on a Saturday eve) was fab, she had everything under control and was really friendly. The rooms were beautiful, really quickly and very clean. Drinks are super fun, food pretty average but ok for a snack.

Was very quiet, but it was Wednesday evening. By all accounts, you get a duck in a particular cocktail.

Very nice staff and fantastic cocktails and food! Recently had a lovely meal with my family. Cocktails were beautifully presented and food good quality and plentiful. Nice atmosphere too. Throughly recommended!

We only had a couple of cocktails, but they were made professionally, by a tender that knew what they were doing. The ambiance is amazing, both for couples, as well as for larger groups. I've had the chance to book a room for someone a while ago, and before booking, i was shown some rooms. Absolutely luxury! Beautifully decorated and maintained. I wish i could fault the place somehow (I'm the manager at Townhouse 59 ), but based on my experience, i can't fault it.

Absolutely unbelievable food. Ate here New Year's Eve, had some big tables in. Staff were amazing, food was world class - rivals some Michelin meals I've had easily. Would definitely recommend the Main dishes. On the expensive side but when you get something that tastes that good you'd pay double. The Tofu Stack was great, better value as it's basically 5 main dishes. Will definitely be going back.

Wonderful venue! I stayed here for two nights for my Mams wedding and the whole stay from start to finish was amazing! Staff went above and beyond to help us, the rooms were absolutely stunning and the breakfast was so yummy. Such a quirky and unique place it definitely made for a lovely weekend away for us all! Couldn't recommend more
